How can I get a group Invite?
You will get a group invite automatically as soon as you rent/get added to the unit being rented by someone. It will appear in your 'Invitations' tab of 'Notifications'.
How can I Invite my friends/family to group?
Touch the rental strip/terminal, in the menu, choose option 'Tenants', then 'Add Tenant'. In the text box enter the username/legacy name of the person you want to add. They will receive the group invite shortly after you add them.
Note: Never add yourself as a tenant or add someone you've already added.
How can I get a group invite if I am already a tenant?
Please go near the rental strip at the unit you rented/where you got added as a tenant.
Touch the rental strip, in the menu you get choose the option 'Grp Invite' to receive the group invite again anytime you need.

Why am I unable to see the 'Grp Invite' option in the menu at my friend's/partner's unit?
Please ask the main tenant of the unit to double-check if they have added you.
Make sure they have added your username/legacy name and not display name and have no typos.
I clicked the option in menu, but why am I still not getting a group invite?
Please make sure you haven't set your viewer's 'Comm' > 'Online status' to 'Reject all group invites'.
Double-check if you have already jointed the group
Relog and try again
